Exhibit Show Pricing
6' x 30" tables are $650 each. 

Public WiFi is available throughout the conference center. If you need a secure connection, please note it on your registration form. 

Electrical Wall/Floor Outlet: $50 a day (wall/floor/power strips) 

Shipping/Delivery Options
Exhibitors may contact Western Event Services (WES) to move your books and sundries. All trade show freight can be shipped to WES then delivered to your tables at the show.

WES also offers a Cartload Service and can help move your boxes to your tables. Please order in advance of the show. 

WES also provides load-out services at the show's closing. 

This service must be ordered in advance.

Exhibitors can also carry their tablewares through the delivery docks in the back of the Center.

For outgoing freight, please bring your pre-filled FedEx or UPS forms. The Conference Center will take care of these. 
Authors In the Hall!
Authors participating in Speed Dating (Wed. Sept. 27, 2:30-3:30) have been invited to sign books at their exhibitors' tables in the exhibit hall at 4:00.

Accommodations 
 

 The Double Tree Inn, 275 S. Airport Blvd., South San Francisco 94080; $159 + tax, etc. per night, 9/26-9/28, parking is free. The last day to reserve a room is 9/5/2023.

Show Specials

Email Show Specials to emma@caliballiance.org by September 5th to be included on the program website.

Five booksellers will win $100!
Booksellers will be asked to list their five favorite discoveries in the exhibit hall that they are most excited about. The winners will be drawn at the closing reception. The information we gather will be shared with exhibitors following the show.

Confirmations: 
Confirmations will be emailed with your table assignments and balance-due statement in August. Name badges are not mailed. They will be available at registration. 

The trade show program will list all exhibitors and their specials. Sponsors of the Fall Fest are highlighted.
